Confidence and Conversation Superpowers!
Tues., May 7th through Thurs., May 9th, 2024
You are raising future adults. Isn't it nice to hear: "Your child has great eye contact and is so polite!" "He is very confident and compassionate!" "She has wonderful manners and has great self-esteem!"
This one-of-a-kind, fun and important 3-day program covers everything your child will need to feel comfortable, confident and grateful and to be respectful, outgoing and compassionate. We discuss and act out (in costume, if preferred) proper ways of communicating, listening, acting, eating vs. rude ways.
We make it FUN for the kids so it's easier to learn and to remember. Costumes, Games, Crafts and Songs; Visit by Miss Mistake, the star of our published book series! Completion Certificate, take-home workbooks, craft and snack/meal at restaurant included.
Just some of the lessons: Meeting new people, making introductions, listening/not interrupting, body language, conversation topics, asking questions, respecting parents/teachers/others and self, avoiding the feeling of peer pressure, proper dress and hygiene, telephone etiquette, interview tips, feeling at ease while making friends, dining with class, feeling gratitude and compassion and so much more! See below for all topics.
Instructor and children's book author, Lisa Butowsky, will make this entertaining and informative.
